ABOUT THE ARTIST
Lawrence Donner Toney was a very gifted illustrator, but unfortunately, there stands many unknowns about his life.
What we do know, is on August 27th, 1926, he married Alice J. Hennessy in Auburn, New York at the rector of St. Mary’s Church. They resided at 66 Ludlow Road, Westford, Connecticut, where Toney established his art studio.
