Miller High Life "Spring Break" Advertising Painting Original Art (undated). Davis produced an amazing amount of advertising art in the 1960-70s and beyond. There was a period you could hardly open a comic book without seeing a full page ad blessed with his artwork. As we grew out of Spalding baseball gloves, and Big League Chew bubble gum, so too did Jack Davis progress to Miller High Life beer! This huge "Spring Break" piece is ink and watercolor over graphite with an image area of 27" x 17".
