In the Timken War Bond campaign, JC Leyendecker completed more than a dozen paintings that were reproduced in all of the national periodicals. All of the finished originals are corporate-owned except one that is owned by the Haggin Museum in Stockton, California. General MacArthur was the only subjext that Leyendecker revisited multiple times. The Leyendecker MacArthur Series was comprised of (3) distinctly different compositions -- all published nationally.
