ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in Kiev, Russia on Dec. 25, 1890. While based in NYC, Frantz illustrated for Cosmopolitan, Saturday Evening Post, and other national magazines. He was a member of the Society of Illustrators (NYC).
About 1937 he moved to Southern California and settled in Van Nuys. He died there on April 15, 1953.
